California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger returned a bill to that state's Assembly, unsigned, accompanied by this:

Please take the first letter of each line of the second and third paragraphs and put them together and see what you think they spell.

The governor's press secretary says that the vertical "Fuck You" (or, if you include the first letter of the first paragraph, "I Fuck You") a "weird coincidence," and that "something like this was bound to happen."  (Bound to, totally...)

The "coincidence" seems to be related to the fact that Schwarzenegger is in the midst of a feud with state assemblyman Tom Ammiano of San Francisco, who told the governor to "kiss my gay ass" a few weeks ago.
